At ValiroWood, we aim to provide transparent and reliable shipping details so our customers know what to expect. Below, you’ll find information on order processing, delivery timeframes, and key conditions that can affect shipping.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes that are not serviced by carriers.

2. Shipping Costs

All U.S. orders include free standard shipping. There are no extra handling fees or hidden charges beyond the price displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing

Before shipping, each order goes through verification, inventory check, and careful packaging. Standard processing time is:

  • 1–3 business days for most orders

Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST or during weekends and holidays will start processing the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is processed and handed to the carrier, estimated shipping times are:

  • Standard U.S. Delivery: 7–10 business days from order placement (processing + transit)

Delivery times depend on factors such as:

  • Distance from our fulfillment center
  • Carrier workload and routing
  • Weather events or natural disruptions
  • Local delivery conditions

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier activates the shipment.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, including apartment or unit numbers. Delays or failed deliveries may occur due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses
  • Missing apartment or suite numbers
  • Customer relocation after placing the order

If a package is returned due to address issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipping.

7. Delivery Delays

While most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occur due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier transportation or operational delays
  • High order volume during holidays or peak periods
  • Carrier distribution center backlogs

If your order experiences a delay, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier and provide updates.

8. Packages Marked as Delivered

If your carrier marks your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  • Check your property, mailbox, and designated drop-off areas
  • Ask neighbors or building management (if applicable)
  • Wait up to 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages early
  • Contact the carrier directly for confirmation

Once a package is delivered to the provided address, ValiroWood cannot be responsible for theft or loss. However, we will assist with a carrier investigation whenever possible.
