Low EMF - (EMF between 6-10MG - 6 to 8 inches from the heating panels)

Saunas are constructed of environmentally-friendly Canadian Hemlock wood planks. Our saunas feature energy efficient FAR infrared heating panels that help relax and rejuvenate the body. Saunas can be installed on carpet or any indoor location including basements, master bath, walk in closet or can also be added it to a fitness room.

This item will be delivered curbside only on a pallet by a freight carrier.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes that are not serviced by carriers.

2. Shipping Costs

All U.S. orders include free standard shipping. There are no extra handling fees or hidden charges beyond the price displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing

Before shipping, each order goes through verification, inventory check, and careful packaging. Standard processing time is:

  • 1–3 business days for most orders

Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST or during weekends and holidays will start processing the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is processed and handed to the carrier, estimated shipping times are:

  • Standard U.S. Delivery: 7–10 business days from order placement (processing + transit)

Delivery times depend on factors such as:

  • Distance from our fulfillment center
  • Carrier workload and routing
  • Weather events or natural disruptions
  • Local delivery conditions

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier activates the shipment.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Contact the carrier directly for confirmation

Once a package is delivered to the provided address, ValiroWood cannot be responsible for theft or loss. However, we will assist with a carrier investigation whenever possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  4. Ship your return: Use a trackable shipping method. We will notify you once your return is received and inspected.

3. Refunds

  • Inspection & approval: Returns are inspected upon arrival. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping fees: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
