Premium quality materials are evident everywhere on Cube-Series Saunas. The exterior wood is made from durable full-length staves that have been organically thermally enhanced. This Thermo-Spruce wood is stronger, more dimensionally stable, naturally resists decay and pests, and will far outlast conventional wood. A complete shingle kit with drip rails ensures superior water management and a dry interior. The bronze-tinted 8mm thick front door is both beautiful and tempered for your safety.

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes that are not serviced by carriers.

All U.S. orders include free standard shipping. There are no extra handling fees or hidden charges beyond the price displayed at checkout.
3. Order Processing
Before shipping, each order goes through verification, inventory check, and careful packaging. Standard processing time is:
- 1–3 business days for most orders
Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST or during weekends and holidays will start processing the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is processed and handed to the carrier, estimated shipping times are:
- Standard U.S. Delivery: 7–10 business days from order placement (processing + transit)
Delivery times depend on factors such as:
- Distance from our fulfillment center
- Carrier workload and routing

5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier activates the shipment.

If a package is returned due to address issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipping.

- Contact the carrier directly for confirmation
Once a package is delivered to the provided address, ValiroWood cannot be responsible for theft or loss. However, we will assist with a carrier investigation whenever possible.
